Registration for ESAI-hosted conferences just got easier. Attik Designs has developed the new ESAI online conference booking system, which allows delegates interested in attending ESAI-hosted conferences to register online, with payment via either credit card or purchase order number. Current ESAI members who pay their membership fees by standing order receive discounts on the conference fees and the new system allows delegates to join the ESAI at the time of conference registration.
As well as registering, the online system enables delegates to submit and upload their abstract, with custom codes and preview windows provided to ensure an accurate translation of the abstract’s scientific notation. Details on the abstract authors may also be submitted and the abstract may be registered for the student prize. The facility also allows the delegate to register as a speaker, chairperson or abstract judge, in addition to reserving a place at the conference dinner, ordering a book of proceedings or indicating a need for bus transport to the conference.
The use of the ESAI website as a conference registration hub will promote the organisation throughout the country, generating considerable publicity and visitors to the site and increasing the profile of the organisation as a whole.
